Understand the problem.
Build the right thing.

I’m Gianluca, a software engineer working where business needs meet technical decisions. I work with customers, design the solution, and help take it through to production.

How I work

Stay close to the problem. See the work through.

The value is in keeping the customer’s needs, the technical decisions, and the delivered software connected. My involvement follows what the project needs.

More about my approach
  1. 01

    Understand

Talk with the people doing the work. Clarify the actual need, the constraints, and what a useful outcome looks like.

  2. 02

    Define

Turn that understanding into a technical design: scope, system boundaries, data, integrations, and explicit trade-offs.

  3. 03

    Build

Implement across frontend, backend, and data. Use AI and developer agents to explore and execute, with engineering judgment guiding the work.

  4. 04

    Validate

Create test scenarios, check regressions, and work with business users through acceptance testing.

  5. 05

    Deliver

Support the release, check behaviour in production, and stay involved through the first issues and follow-up changes.

AI in my workflow

More execution capacity. Clear human accountability.

I use AI models and developer agents across research, solution exploration, implementation, testing, and documentation. I define the task, provide context, review the output, and verify the result. Architecture, trade-offs, and release decisions remain engineering responsibilities.
